Our Story
With Anthony Bracco’s background in construction and restoration and Charles Roth coming from a career in real estate and development, the now Partners of Upper Construction Solutions realized the utility of combining their skills, services & resources under one roof would create something unique to an industry that is notoriously deficient in quality, speed & communication.
By vertically integrating most of the construction process, UCS is able to to control all aspects of the project and deliver a quality renovation or new-build that is unique to the construction industry.
An artist at heart, Charle’s core interest in construction stems from the creative component. Bespoke millwork, lighting, finishes with an overarching theme of attention to details and transitions. Charles is a self proclaimed mistro & calls his crew his orchestra.
Having started his restoration business with mop in hand, Anthony has extensive knowledge on ground up and structural construction. There is nothing he can’t deconstruct and then put back together no matter what stage of a project he enters.
